Resource Loan Policy:

  1. Resource Materials are only available for loan to constituent members of GCRTC.
  2. Each item is loaned for three (3) weeks (21 days) beginning on the day it is mailed from the center. Maximum of three (3) requests per person, per loan period.
  3. It is your responsibility to return the borrowed resources to GCRTC by mail or in person by the expiration date of the loan period. Extensions may be granted by telephone if there is no wait-list for the resource.
  4. GCRTC cannot send resources to you unless all of the information requested below is complete for each resource you request.
